A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable when the booking is made.
The balance of the hire charge is payable 6 weeks before the commencement of the letting period. Terms and conditions will be sent out on application. Lets run from Saturday to Saturday.
Short term lets may be considered between November to March, excluding Christmas and New Year.
